Know your order.

People don't trust another brand saying "real cocktail." They do trust their own bar order. So every ad is one: a vodka cran, a Mule, a half and half. The picture and the headline tell the joke together, and every word comes from how real customers talk.

Six ads. Feed and Stories. One idea that works for any new flavour or state.

☺ YOUR ORDER1 × VODKA CRAN
☺ YOUR ORDER1 × SPICY MULE
☺ YOUR ORDER1 × LEMONADE TEA
01 · In the feed

How it shows up while you're scrolling.

All six ads as sponsored posts, one for every Smile can. The yellow and the order ticket stop the thumb, the headline lands the joke in one read, and the button goes straight to "Get directions." Scroll inside each phone to read the full caption.

02 · In Stories

Full screen, tap to find it.

All six again in 9:16. The headline sits above the photo so the Instagram buttons never cover it, and "Get directions" is one tap away.

03 · On @smile.spirits

What their profile looks like after launch.

The campaign turns their grid into one recognisable yellow wall. Anyone who clicks through from an ad sees a brand that knows what it is. The profile numbers and bio are Smile's real ones today.

04 · The journey

Ad → your order → your nearest store.

Smile sells in shops, not online, so we don't chase clicks to a checkout. The ad leads into the "Find your cocktail" quiz, the quiz confirms their order, and it ends at the nearest store. The "Get directions" tap is what we count, ad by ad and region by region.

05 · More lines to test

The six ads are the heroes. Here's the bench.

Four more lines for every cocktail, all written from real customer language and fact-checked against Smile's own claims. Each one gets the same order ticket and "Know your order." sign-off. The four-week test flight tells us which line wins for each flavour.

That's six heroes plus 24 test lines: 30 ads from one idea. Every line has its own real customer quote behind it in the full copy doc.

Why it works

Built from what customers actually say.

The insight

From about 770 real reviews: "I don't like premade drinks from store. They don't taste like a real drink." Every brand claims "real." Nobody trusts it.

The idea

Don't argue. Show them their own order. The ticket is the signature on every ad, and it works for any flavour and any new state.

The voice

Honest, plain words, and a picture that tells half the joke. The classic ad-agency approach that won over skeptical buyers. Warm and funny without hype.

Safe to spend on

No people, real can art only, one drink per ticket, nothing on the water, and only claims Smile already makes. Mandatories on every ad.
